We love these modern versions of the
classic V-neck T, designed for light to
medium-weight knit fabrics with a little
drape like interlock, silk(y) jersey, modal,
rayon or bamboo knit fabrics. You can
also use light and fluid sweater knits.

Straight-cut, semi-fitted pull-on T’s have
a bound ‘V’ neckline with a center front
seam. Cut your T with a front tie at the
hem, make it with a deep faced hem,
or a separate hem-band; side slits are
optional. Choose between a cap, 3/4
or full length sleeve, all finished with
doubled self fabric or rib knit bands.

Wear the knotted hem version over
jeans, pants or a slim skirt; the deep
hem and deep hem-band versions look
great worn loose or tucked into a skirt
or pant waistband. Sleeve length options
make these all-year wardrobe essentials,
and they make gorgeous P.J. tops too...

You
can also use a drape-y knit like bamboo,
linen or rayon knits, silk(y) jersey, even a
fluid but firm lightweight sweater knit.

    Super cute and on-trend tee

This is definitely a "fast and fabulous" pattern, as I think the total construction time was around an hour for me once I had my fabric cut out. The line drawing might look a bit boxy, but with a drapey knit, the final top is deceptively flattering. I really love how my first version turned out, and I plan to make several more to try out the sleeve and hem variations.
